Received this fairly quickly, 16 days total wait time, and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. The reason it was marked down to four stars is the coin sleeve it came in was busted and so when someone went to look at it the bullion fell on the floor and got marked up. They need sturdier packaging for this, but overall would buy it again.
